en.Wedoany.com Reported - MasOrange has selected Polystar (a subsidiary of Elisa Industriq) to provide a unified analytics and network probe solution for its newly merged mobile network.

MasOrange

Following the integration of two independent mobile networks, MasOrange required a single platform to unify key performance indicators, replace legacy systems, and achieve end-to-end consistent visibility across networks and services. Polystar's Osix Monitoring and Kalix Analytics deliver these capabilities in a hybrid deployment model covering on-premises bare-metal infrastructure and Google Cloud.

The solution underwent a rigorous evaluation process, including demonstrations, reference calls, and detailed simulations based on real-time network data. This process demonstrated how Polystar's analytics capabilities provide immediate and actionable insights in complex real-world environments, building MasOrange's confidence in the solution's performance and operational suitability.

The newly added AI anomaly detection module in Kalix became a key differentiator. Demonstrated with real network data, the module can identify affected users during service disruptions and support coordinated, targeted response actions. Compared to manual processes, this AI-driven approach improves speed, accuracy, and the ability to proactively protect customer experience.

With Polystar's solution, MasOrange is also expected to extend visibility to the radio network by incorporating radio access network monitoring, thereby obtaining a complete end-to-end view across all domains. The solution integrates with existing systems and analytics tools, ensuring continuity while enabling a smooth transition to the new platform.

The deployment adopts a hybrid model, combining centralized on-premises installation with scalable cloud processing capabilities based on Google Cloud and Kubernetes, allowing MasOrange to scale capacity on demand.

Georgios Baltoglou, CEO of Polystar (Elisa Industriq), stated that the team demonstrated its strengths and concrete results through the depth of insights the solution can provide. Both parties are already exploring additional use cases to further leverage Kalix and Osix to enhance operational performance, observability, and customer experience.
