en.Wedoany.com Reported - On June 30, eight Chinese departments, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Industrial Internet," proposing that by 2030, the industrial internet will achieve broader, deeper, and higher-level development, with new infrastructure deployed on a large scale, the construction of 50,000 industrial 5G private networks, and a new leap forward in the deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy.

This set of goals moves industrial internet construction from single-point pilots to a phase of large-scale deployment. The 50,000 industrial 5G private networks will serve scenarios such as factories, industrial parks, mines, ports, power grids, steel, chemicals, automotive, and electronic information manufacturing, providing a network foundation for equipment connectivity, production line coordination, machine vision, remote control, unmanned inspection, AGV scheduling, and safety monitoring. Unlike public networks, industrial 5G private networks emphasize low latency, high reliability, data isolation, on-site coverage, and production system adaptation. The document proposes that by 2030, the supply of industrial internet technologies, standards, and products will be continuously improved, enterprise capabilities and cross-border collaboration levels will be enhanced, and the added value of core industries will exceed 2.5 trillion yuan, becoming an important component of new quality productive forces.

The target of 2.5 trillion yuan in core industry added value directly points to the industrial scale of the industrial internet itself.
