Guanghao Energy Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Coal South Branch, with Total Investment of 4.2 Billion Yuan

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On June 25, Guanghao Energy and the South Branch of China Coal Energy Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Guiyang.

Li Yu, Chairman of Guanghao Energy, Xu Quanfa, General Manager, Gao Hong, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Coal South Branch, and Qi Shuangcheng, Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Jizhi Green Methanol New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., jointly attended and witnessed the signing. Business heads from both sides signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.

With this signing, the two parties will engage in comprehensive and pragmatic cooperation in areas such as integrated energy development, energy storage, hydrogen energy, green chemicals, new chemical materials, and regional energy project co-construction, aiming to cultivate and expand the green industry cluster and continuously improve the regional green industry system.

Currently, Guanghao Energy is advancing the construction of the "Guanghao Energy Zunyi Xinpu New District Natural Gas Comprehensive Utilization Project" with a total investment of approximately 4.2 billion yuan. The project plans to build a nationally leading production line for 600 tons of carbon nanomaterials per year, a 3 GW·h graphene battery intelligent production line built to "Lighthouse Factory" standards, a pilot base for carbon nanomaterial application products, and a pilot base for high-specific-energy battery new materials, along with other supporting facilities and equipment.

Once the project is completed and put into operation, it will drive the collaborative upgrade of the upstream and downstream industrial chains, promote the overall transformation of the industry towards green and high-end development, stimulate the development of supporting industrial clusters, and empower the improvement of regional industrial quality and efficiency as well as the high-quality development of the local economy and society.
