The newly covered areas include: Rionegro and Turbo in Antioquia; Malambo, Sabanalarga, and Soledad in Atlántico; Chiquinquirá in Boyacá; Puerto Rico in Caquetá; Aguachica in Cesar; Cereté in Córdoba; Cota and Fusagasugá in Cundinamarca; Pasto in Nariño; Villagarzón in Putumayo; La Tebaida in Quindío; and Barbosa in Santander.

According to company data, over 6.6 million customers currently transmit traffic on the 5G network. Additionally, this technology accounts for 20% of Claro's total data traffic in Colombia, with monthly consumption on the 5G network growing at an average rate of 12% over the past year.

Claro stated that users can access the 5G network as long as they are within coverage areas and have compatible devices. The company currently offers over 60 5G-enabled phone models, with starting prices at 399,900 Colombian pesos.
