en.Wedoany.com Reported - Cloud On Demand has signed a distribution agreement with cybersecurity company BlueVision to introduce its Fusion Cloud services to channel partner networks and the mid-market customers they serve. Fusion Cloud combines continuous attack surface monitoring with managed detection and response, a combination typically only available to large security organizations.

Fusion Cloud continuously monitors customers' external attack surfaces, identifying vulnerabilities before they can be exploited, and provides managed detection and response across cloud and identity environments, monitoring indicators of compromise and taking action. BlueVision operates and manages the service, eliminating the need for customers to build their own security teams. Historically, such services have been too expensive and complex for small organizations. Many monitoring services charge per gigabyte of data or per security event, leading to unpredictable costs and underutilized tools. BlueVision has productized the service, charging a fixed fee per seat or per domain, with deployment taking less than 10 days, compared to the typical 30 days for similar deployments. The fixed price and rapid deployment make continuous detection viable for businesses previously priced out.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in South Africa, BlueVision operates in South Africa, Canada, and Dubai, and is CREST-certified. The necessity of continuous detection lies in the time lag of breach discovery—IBM's 2025 Cost of a Data Breach Report shows an average breach lifecycle of 241 days, with 158 days to identify and 83 days to contain.

"For the past 20 years, my work has been about putting cybersecurity into more hands," said Christo Coetzer, Founder, Director and CEO of BlueVision. "Enterprise-grade detection has been out of reach for most small businesses—too expensive and complex. We built Fusion Cloud to change that, and Cloud On Demand's channel is the way for us to reach organizations that have been excluded due to cost."

"Our partners are increasingly being asked to take on security responsibilities for their customers, and we found a gap in our security stack that needed to be filled," said Senzo Mbhele, Managing Director of Cloud On Demand. "We are using Fusion Cloud ourselves, so we will be providing partners with something they already rely on: enterprise-grade detection that they can offer to mid-market customers without having to build that capability from scratch."

For both Cloud On Demand and BlueVision, this agreement is less about adding a product to a catalog and more about broadening access, bringing continuous enterprise-grade threat detection to South Africa's mid-market through partners already serving that segment.
