Located at 59-7 Gwansu-dong, the project plans to build business facilities with a total floor area of 68,664 square meters, spanning 8 basement levels and 26 above-ground floors. Construction is scheduled to begin this month, with a target completion date of November 2029. The original Seoul Theater building has already been demolished.

To preserve the cultural assets accumulated at the Seoul Theater site, the project will restore the landmark stone and the original Seoul Theater sign, and will include an open green space featuring a media screen.

The CJ Logistics Construction Division has achieved consecutive wins in Seoul's urban business districts, previously securing projects in the ongoing Mu-gyo Da-dong Zone 31 in Jung-gu and Myeong-dong Zone 1. Company representative Min Young-hak stated that due to the small size of urban redevelopment plots, construction is extremely challenging and complaints are frequent, making the contractor's experience and technology particularly crucial. The company will leverage its extensive construction track record in core business districts to propose optimal construction methods and schedules, thereby strengthening its competitiveness in the downtown office project sector.
