en.Wedoany.com Reported - China's embodied intelligence company JiYi Intelligence officially launched two robot products at the end of June 2026—the industrial inspection robot "Inspection Master" and the commercial service robot "Xiao Mu." The company's initial registered capital reached 1.63 billion yuan, ranking first in the domestic embodied intelligence track. Both products have been validated in real-world scenarios and delivered.

The industrial inspection robot "Inspection Master" focuses on automotive wiring harness inspection scenarios. Wiring harnesses have complex structures and numerous specifications, requiring sub-millimeter detection accuracy. Additionally, harnesses are highly deformable, making traditional machine vision unstable. JiYi Intelligence has developed a full-stack self-research solution for this scenario, including a seven-axis bionic robotic arm, an autonomous mobile chassis, an industrial vision system, and supporting software algorithms. According to data disclosed by JiYi Intelligence, "Inspection Master" achieved 100% detection accuracy in on-site human-machine comparison tests, with overall inspection efficiency three times that of manual inspectors. It has completed inspection of over 10,000 automotive wiring harnesses, reducing comprehensive inspection costs by more than 30%.

The commercial service robot "Xiao Mu" targets scenarios such as pharmacies, supermarkets, and brand stores. It adopts a plug-and-play solution, has a built-in database of over 100,000 drug SKUs, and combines a self-developed semantic large model for product understanding and rapid learning capabilities. The product has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Jilin Dayaofang and will enter pharmacy scenarios in July 2026, undertaking tasks such as unattended night service.

At the model level, JiYi Intelligence's self-developed Z-1 embodied large model ranked first on the RoboCasa open-source evaluation leaderboard with an average score of 80.6%. RoboCasa is one of the recognized authoritative benchmarks in the embodied intelligence field, covering 24 complex real-world tasks such as opening doors, opening drawers, and operating microwaves. The Z-1 action model, based on the π0.5 base model, introduces the GRPO (Group Relative Policy Optimization) mechanism combined with a flow matching framework, improving model learning efficiency. The model adopts a collaborative training approach between the "brain" and "body": the high-level module Z-1 PFC is responsible for semantic understanding and task planning, while the low-level action model handles specific action execution and control scheduling.

JiYi Intelligence's core shareholders include Jiyi Automotive Technology, provincial industrial technology research institute groups, and other industrial and state-owned capital entities. Its parent company, Jiyi Technology, has been deeply involved in automotive parts manufacturing for over 15 years, holds more than 2,000 global patents, and has entered the supply chain systems of 129 countries and regions worldwide. Company founder Wang Chao, a post-90s returnee, took over Jiyi Technology in 2013 when it had only 20 employees and developed it into a unicorn enterprise in the precision automotive manufacturing field. The head of the large model R&D center, Li Yitong, is a Huawei "Genius Youth" and previously served as the head of large model technology at Huawei Terminal Cloud.

JiYi Intelligence has built a self-developed data collection center and data processing pipeline, forming a data loop spanning "collection—training—feedback—retraining," with a total training area of approximately 4,500 square meters. Founder Wang Chao revealed that the company will also launch products targeting the consumer market in the second half of the year.
