en.Wedoany.com Reported - Mobvoi today announced the launch of the TicNote WeCom Collaboration Edition, developed in partnership with WeCom (WeChat Work). This marks the first deep integration of the TicNote AI recording product with a leading domestic enterprise collaboration platform.

The TicNote WeCom Collaboration Edition is a portable AI recording device specifically upgraded by Mobvoi for high-frequency enterprise usage scenarios, fully supporting integration with the WeCom AI capability system. WeCom currently serves 14 million enterprises and organizations, and over 1.4 billion users access WeChat through WeCom services.

In various enterprise office communication scenarios, after users record audio with TicNote, the content is uploaded to WeCom. AI automatically performs speech-to-text transcription, multi-speaker identification, summary generation, and to-do item extraction, generating collaborative records that can be assigned and tracked within WeCom. During recording, users can press a button to mark key content in real time, facilitating quick location and review afterward.
Short face-to-face conversations in daily work also carry a wealth of critical information. After TicNote integrates with WeCom's "Record Face-to-Face Chat" feature, it can cover such scenarios: colleagues pre-register their voiceprints, and the transcription directly identifies colleagues' names. After confirmation by the corresponding colleague, the name is automatically tagged in the face-to-face chat record. To-do items generated from the conversation are automatically extracted and directly @mentioned to colleagues, added to WeCom to-do lists. Face-to-face communication can be fully captured, accurately attributed, and instantly circulated, just like formal meetings.
In terms of hardware specifications, the TicNote Collaboration Edition supports continuous recording for over 32 hours, with a single session supporting up to 8 hours of automatic segmented recording. It utilizes WiFi fast transfer technology, completing upload and synchronization of 1 hour of recording in approximately 20 seconds. The Bluetooth specification is upgraded to BLE 5.3, ensuring low-power, stable connections. It adopts the AES128 international standard algorithm, with the device directly connecting to WeCom without passing through any third party, ensuring enterprise-grade security encryption. It supports remote unbinding and automatic data clearing, allowing remote unbinding in case of device loss to safeguard enterprise data security.

Mobvoi is an artificial intelligence company focused on generative AI and AI Agents. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2024 as the "First AIGC Stock."
