UNITED MACHINING SOLUTIONS exhibited 7 machine tools, including STUDER, MIKRON MILL, AGIE CHARMILLES, and SYSTEM 3R, at booth F01 in Hall 3H, attracting many professional visitors for discussions.
At the exhibition, UNITED MACHINING SOLUTIONS presented technological solutions for the mold manufacturing sector through its two technical branches, UNITED GRINDING and UNITED MACHINING.
In the precision grinding area, the STUDER S131R high-precision universal internal and spherical surface grinding machine and the KC33 CNC universal external and internal cylindrical grinding machine, featuring a Granitan® mineral cast bed and micron-level precision, provide efficient and high-precision machining solutions for mold manufacturing to enhance processing quality.




STUDER's high-precision grinding applications in the mold industry have gained customer recognition. The S131R is suitable for high-hardness materials such as carbide and ceramics. Through automatic B-axis interpolation, it enables complete grinding of internal bores, spherical surfaces, and complex cavities in a single setup, applicable for convex/concave mold grinding in toys and molds. The S131R also employs a method combining special-shaped wheel roughing with contour grinding finishing, providing solutions for beverage can body forming molds. The S31 high-precision C-axis, equipped with StuderForm HSM software, is used for precision grinding of tablet punches in the pharmaceutical industry.
In the milling, EDM, and automation area, the MIKRON MILL HSM 500 GRAPHITE, configured with a 42krpm STEP TEC spindle and a powder-free cleaning design, targets graphite mold users. The MIKRON MILL E 700 U achieves complex mold surface machining through 5-axis simultaneous interpolation. The AGIE CHARMILLES CUT S 400 offers unlimited taper machining, while the AGIE CHARMILLES FORM F 450 provides flexibility and reliability. The SYSTEM 3R WorkPartner 1+ serves as a starting point for automation upgrades in mold workshops.








UNITED MACHINING's laser-based electrodeless ultra-precision mold machining technology was also showcased at the exhibition, offering advantages in precision manufacturing.
