Born in November 1987 in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, Dong Liyuan holds a bachelor's degree and currently serves as President of Zenith Steel Group, General Manager of Zenith Steel Group (Nantong) Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Zenith Steel Group (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Dong Liyuan serves as a member of the 12th Executive Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, a deputy to the 13th Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress, and Vice President of the Jiangsu Metallurgical Industry Association. He has been honored with titles such as "National Steel Industry Model Worker," "Outstanding Young Entrepreneur of Jiangsu," and "Changzhou Model Worker." In 2020, Zenith Steel Group embarked on a new journey of "second entrepreneurship," constructing the Zenith Green Premium Steel Demonstration Project in the Haimen Port New Area of Nantong City, with a planned production capacity of 20 million tons.
