en.Wedoany.com Reported - Russian infrastructure software developer Astra Group (Группа Астра) has launched the Botzman AI (Боцман AI) platform, which can run language models and other artificial intelligence models within an enterprise's secure internal network, ensuring data is not leaked to external cloud services.

Botzman AI is a logical extension of the Botzman (Боцман) platform, a domestic container orchestration solution based on Kubernetes, which is part of the Astra Dev Platform and focuses on building internal development platforms and running applications in isolated or regulated infrastructure.
Enterprises have a strong demand for using language models, but information security requirements, regulatory restrictions, and internal policies often prohibit the transfer of data to external services. Deploying models independently typically requires launching separate infrastructure projects for each task, including selecting a runtime, configuring GPUs, loading weights, configuring endpoints, and monitoring. Botzman AI takes over these routine tasks.
Platform teams configure the system using standard Kubernetes resource description models. The system automatically prepares weight storage and launches the runtime for the required engine, including vLLM, Ollama, SGLang, or FasterWhisper, and then publishes the model through a unified gateway. The update mechanism creates no downtime window during updates, which is particularly important for handling expensive GPU infrastructure.
Application developers receive an OpenAI-compatible API. Without rewriting existing code, they only need to change the service address, and the application can continue to work with models deployed within the enterprise's internal network. The platform also offers a range of industrial-grade tools, including built-in automatic load scaling, a billing system, and API key management with budget control, enabling transparent resource allocation across teams and projects. The installation process is completed via Helm charts through Botzman Apps & Marketplace.
Mikhail Kobik, Technical Director of the Botzman platform (part of Astra Group), stated that the platform allows Russian enterprises to use modern language models as conveniently as using public cloud services, but entirely within their own internal networks, thereby preserving data sovereignty, predictable costs, and independence from foreign suppliers. Its uniqueness lies in transforming AI model deployment from a complex infrastructure project into a standardized Kubernetes operation that any platform team can execute.
