en.Wedoany.com Reported - Peruvian power distribution company Pluz Energía has signed a three-year strategic cooperation agreement with brake system manufacturer Frenosa. Under the agreement, Pluz Energía will provide Frenosa with competitive and highly reliable electricity supply to support its operational continuity and align with the company's 2026 expansion plans.

This cooperation takes place against the backdrop of sustained growth in Peru's industrial activity. The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI) of Peru reported that demand for automotive parts, components, and accessories has increased, driven by economic expansion. Against this expectation, the two parties signed the agreement.
Under the cooperation terms, Pluz Energía will supply electricity to Frenosa over the next three years to support production activities at its factories and laboratories. Frenosa's main business involves designing and manufacturing key components such as brake pads, clutches, and automotive fluids for the domestic Peruvian market.
