en.Wedoany.com Reported - TAM Aviação Executiva has simultaneously obtained IS-BAH Stage 3 and IS-BAO Stage 3 certifications from the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC), representing the highest international levels of safety management in business aviation ground and flight operations, respectively.

With this achievement, the company becomes one of the few organizations to hold the highest level (Stage 3) of both certifications simultaneously. In terms of IS-BAH Stage 3, TAM Aviação Executiva is the first Brazilian company to reach this level and the only company in Latin America to hold both IS-BAH and IS-BAO Stage 3 certifications.
The audit evaluated multiple aspects of operations, including operational safety management, reporting culture, team training, leadership, ground and flight operations, change management, and risk identification and mitigation processes.
Stage 3 is the highest level of the IBAC certification program, awarded to companies that integrate operational safety into their organizational culture, influencing strategic, technical, and operational decisions at all levels of the company.
In the IS-BAH program, the assessment covers activities such as ground services, aircraft movement, hangar parking, airport operations, and emergency response. IS-BAO focuses on flight operations, operational planning, maintenance, and continuous risk management.
Leonardo Fiuza, President of TAM Aviação Executiva, stated that this recognition represents the consolidation of a culture built day by day across all departments of the company, where operational safety is not just a procedure but a commitment to the continuity, trust, and predictability that customers expect in every operation.
According to the company, these certifications reinforce its positioning in operational excellence, integrating international standards into different business areas. TAM Aviação Executiva operates throughout Brazil, offering aircraft sales, maintenance, training, and flight operation services, and continues to invest in processes, infrastructure, and talent development to meet the highest standards of global business aviation.
