According to ChannelPartner, in early July 2026, OpenAI announced it would collaborate with local distribution partners in Germany, a deployment that AI competitor Anthropic has yet to fully achieve. He firmly believes that customers can use Claude with confidence, as enterprise data processed by Anthropic's AI software through European AWS data centers will not leave the EU region.
