en.Wedoany.com Reported - Lingjing Zhiyuan announced the completion of over 100 million yuan in angel and angel+ round financing, led by Matrix Partners China, with participation from Shanghai Minhang State-owned Assets. The funds will be used for the development and deployment of dedicated embodied chips, industry standard co-building, large-scale delivery of embodied brain products, and expansion of the core team.
Founded in July 2025 and incubated by the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, the company positions itself as a native full-stack computing infrastructure provider for embodied intelligence, building a dedicated brain foundation for embodied AI. Lingjing Zhiyuan has independently developed the "Dvořák Architecture," a native computing architecture for embodied intelligence, covering chips, operating systems, and models, compressing the closed-loop latency from perception to action to within 5ms.
Currently, Lingjing Zhiyuan has launched two major product series. The Tongjing N series includes models such as N100, N210, N201, N203, and N1000, compatible with mainstream ecosystems; the Zhijing T series includes models such as T40/41, T80, T200, T300, and T500, offering full-stack domestic solutions. Both series can adapt to all types of robot forms, including humanoid, wheeled, and quadruped.

Sun Bo, founder and CEO of Lingjing Zhiyuan, holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Ph.D. from Zhejiang University. He previously served as the technical lead for National Instruments (NI) in South China and later co-founded Zhuhai Precision Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. (currently applying for a Hong Kong IPO). Co-founder and Vice President Xu Haijiang holds a master's degree from the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and previously founded Lanjian Technology and served as a core communication expert at Ericsson China R&D.

In terms of commercialization, Lingjing Zhiyuan has connected with over 300 robot body and pan-embodied enterprises, with partner clients including leading companies such as Leju, Xinghailu, Paxiini, Zhipingfang, and Fourier, achieving an industry coverage rate of over 70%. Among them, more than 200 clients have completed batch installations or small-batch orders, with the highest single-client order volume exceeding 1,000 units. Lingjing Zhiyuan plans to officially initiate the design of dedicated embodied native chips by mid-2026, complete chip tape-out by 2027, forming a complete domestic closed loop of "chip-system-model." Currently, the FPGA prototype has completed full-process verification.
