en.Wedoany.com Reported - UK EBS Construction Company has completed its integration following acquisition by M Squared Group, recently appointing a new management team and securing multiple traditional building restoration contracts. Operations Manager Connor Kennedy and newly appointed Commercial Manager Fraser Shields will join the team, leading operations alongside Project Manager Craig Kennedy.

Since being acquired by M Squared in April last year, EBS has signed a series of restoration projects in Strathbungo, Kelvinside, Garnet Hill, and Calton. The contractor is now targeting leading contracts such as complex restoration projects on Glasgow's Sauchiehall Street and Edinburgh's George Street.
Kerr McEwan, Director of M Squared Group, said: "EBS has built a strong reputation in the specialist fabric and structural restoration of traditional buildings. Bringing the business into the M Squared Group gives us the opportunity to build on that foundation while strengthening operational levels." He added: "The new management team understands the standards required to deliver such work. At the same time, we have introduced stronger systems and controls behind the scenes. In many ways, this reflects our view of business development: traditional craftsmanship, complemented by modern controls."
Connor Kennedy, Operations Manager at EBS, noted: "Traditional buildings, many of which were built before 1919, are an important part of Scotland's heritage. As these buildings age, there is growing demand for specialist restoration and maintenance in the Central Belt. A significant portion of our work involves breathing new life into buildings that have been part of communities for generations."
Fraser Shields, Commercial Manager at EBS, said: "At EBS, we strive to deliver high-quality work, foster a deep respect for the built environment, and give property owners peace of mind that their unique, historically rooted buildings are in safe hands."
