en.Wedoany.com Reported - RGM Cranes, through its Cape Town branch in South Africa, has delivered three overhead cranes to iCONiCCO in Wellington, Western Cape, for the company's facility expansion project.
The delivered equipment includes two double-hoist single-girder cranes, each with a rated lifting capacity of 5 tons (2 × 2.5 tons) and a span of 19 meters, as well as one single-girder 5-ton crane with a span of 6.5 meters. The double-hoist cranes are designed to improve the handling of long steel profiles, beams, and plates, supporting end-to-end lifting to facilitate the rotation of components such as cylinders during the manufacturing process.
These installations correspond to iCONiCCO's expansion plan to add 800 square meters to its existing factory premises. iCONiCCO provides turnkey mechanical and engineering services, producing localized products for South Africa's mining industry and for export to international markets. The company's fourth overhead crane is currently in production, with RGM Cranes continuing to be involved in the project.

According to the company, core values such as reliability, innovation, and specialization have remained its focus since its establishment 36 years ago.
