en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 6, the Ganzhou High-Energy Composite Metal Material Electroplating Project, under China Shenzhen Zhongjin Lingnan Nonfemet Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongjin Lingnan") and its subsidiary Zhongjin Technology (referred to as "Zhongjin Technology"), officially commenced production at the Xinyu Electroplating Centralized Control Zone in Jiangxi Province. Yu Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Zhongjin Lingnan, along with Guo Lei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Labor Union, attended the production launch event.

In his speech, Yu Hong noted that Zhongjin Lingnan has always adhered to its mission of serving national strategies, ensuring resource security, and leading industrial upgrading. The company practices the FAITH business philosophy, advances the "One Body, Two Wings" development strategy, and builds a full-chain industrial ecosystem encompassing "resource reserves—green smelting—high-end materials—terminal applications," thereby enhancing the autonomous and controllable capabilities of the industrial chain and supply chain. He stated that the launch of the Ganzhou High-Energy Xinyu Branch's composite metal material electroplating production project represents another practical step in Zhongjin Lingnan's revitalization and a key move in laying out the full industrial chain of high-end composite materials. The entire process from project initiation to production took less than a year, serving as an "accelerator" for the company's capacity and efficiency improvement with its "small yet refined, fast yet stable" results. Yu Hong expressed hope that Ganzhou High-Energy would take this production launch as a new starting point, anchor strategic tracks, and create industry benchmarks; deepen lean intelligent manufacturing, set industry standards, and drive the production line from smooth startup to comprehensive quality and efficiency upgrades.

Subsequently, Yu Hong announced the official launch of the Ganzhou High-Energy Composite Metal Material Production Base and pressed the project production start button.

A representative from Zhongjin Technology stated that the launch of the Xinyu project is a significant step in building the full industrial chain of the composite metal materials sector and another solid stride for the company toward high-end, intelligent, green, and integrated deep processing of new materials. The project adopts a continuous localized electroplating process, encompassing four stages: pretreatment, nickel plating base, mold masking for localized tin plating, and post-treatment protection. The coating thickness tolerance is consistently controlled within ±0.5μm, with product performance benchmarked against advanced industry standards. This production line is not only an "incubator" for composite metal materials but also a new paradigm of intelligent manufacturing for Zhongjin Technology. Following the launch ceremony, relevant personnel visited the production workshop to inspect the production line process flow and equipment operation status.
