en.Wedoany.com Reported - Visionary Metals (TSX-V:VIZ) has received a total of $250,000 (CAD 360,604) in funding from the state government of Wyoming, USA, to advance two of the company's exploration projects within the state.

This funding will support Visionary's advancement of the King Solomon and Tin Cup nickel-copper projects in Fremont County. The company will use the grant to conduct geophysical work, including ground and borehole electromagnetic surveys, to identify exploration targets.

The funds were allocated by the Wyoming Energy Authority on behalf of Governor Mark Gordon through its Energy Matching Funds program. As a condition, Visionary will provide high-resolution geophysical data collected during the project implementation to the Wyoming Geological Survey over the next three years, which will help the state better understand the distribution characteristics of critical metal systems.

The company stated that this grant is a recognition of its ongoing commitment to critical mineral exploration in Wyoming. Visionary has invested over $5 million cumulatively in the state to date.

Visionary CEO Wesley Adams said that Wyoming's continued support for its resource economy is driving new investments in the energy and critical metals sectors across the state.

This grant follows Visionary's recent completion of a total CAD 7.44 million private placement, which included a CAD 1.2 million investment from Teck Resources (NYSE:TECK).
