Beyond operational delivery, the partnership also has significant community ties. Over the past year, GXO colleagues within Co-op's transport network contributed more than 1,500 hours of volunteering and engagement time. The GXO team also raised funds for local and national charities, including Barnardo's and the British Heart Foundation, collecting thousands of pounds through colleague-led transport network activities. Additionally, GXO supports skills, training, and community initiatives related to Co-op opportunities through ongoing mentoring, employability workshops, and site engagement with three Co-op academies, as well as significant reinvestment via the apprenticeship levy.
