en.Wedoany.com Reported - Algo Grande Copper Corp. has released the interpretation of high-resolution drone magnetic survey data and 3D magnetic vector inversion results for the Adelita project in Sonora, Mexico. The company confirmed structural controls in the area and identified three porphyry-related intrusive centers at depth: Mezquital, a deep source beneath Cerro Grande Central, and the new target La Corona.

The survey was conducted by GSM Geoscience in two phases during March and May 2026, collecting approximately 1,200 line-kilometers of data. Its spatial resolution is seven times higher than the company's previous airborne dataset. This precision allowed the Cerro Grande skarn corridor to be resolved into a series of overlapping magnetic highs, indicating additional untested mineralization potential along strike. The Mezquital porphyry target was delineated at 2.2 kilometers by 700 meters, consistent with a large, near-surface magnetite-bearing intrusive body.

Algo Grande stated that the Phase 2 diamond drilling program is progressing as planned. After completing the first hole, drilling is currently underway on hole 002. This phase plans a total of 21 holes with an aggregate meterage of approximately 8,000 meters. Contractor Major Drilling Group International Inc. began operations in June 2026, focusing on expansion in the Cerro Grande, Cerro Potrero Sur, and Las Trancas areas. A second drill rig is expected to arrive in the coming days to accelerate progress, with initial assay results targeted for August 2026.

Algo Grande CEO Enrico Gay stated that these intrusive centers are the potential driving mechanisms for the copper, silver, and gold mineralization observed at surface, validating the structural positioning model across the entire 5,895-hectare concession.
