According to a regulatory filing by Solex Energy with the National Stock Exchange of India, these n-type TOPCon solar modules are scheduled for delivery between October 2026 and March 2027, with an execution period of six months. The company confirmed in the filing that the order does not involve related-party transactions, the buyer is a domestic entity, and the company's promoters and promoter group hold no interest in the entity awarding the order.

Headquartered in Surat, Gujarat, Solex Energy operates an Industry 4.0-standard fully automated manufacturing facility in Tadekashwar, with a current solar module production capacity of 4 GW. The company's products have obtained multiple international quality certifications including IEC, CE, UL, CEC, and BIS, and are listed in the Approved Models and Manufacturers List of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). In addition to solar module manufacturing, the company also provides EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solutions for utility-scale and commercial and industrial solar projects.

The company has been involved in the solar industry since 1995, with nearly three decades of operational history in India's photovoltaic manufacturing sector. The securing of this large-scale n-type TOPCon solar module order further strengthens Solex Energy's order backlog. As previously disclosed, the company's order book stood at approximately INR 34 billion as of March 31, 2026.
