The scope of work includes duct line laying and the installation of a 400 kV underground cable circuit. This cable route, configured as a single circuit with a total length of approximately 1 kilometer, is a critical component of the new energy storage infrastructure.

JSM Group's power team will manage stakeholder coordination for the project, maintaining communication with National Grid, local authorities, and third-party landowners to facilitate smooth project delivery. Prior to excavation, the group utilized its in-house team to complete all civil engineering works, including the installation of sheet piles along steep embankments near the site, construction of retaining walls to stabilize the ground, and the establishment of a safe working platform for the duration of the construction period.
