Bermuda-Based Vantage Merges, Delists from Euronext Growth

en.Wedoany.com Reported - Vantage Drilling, a Bermuda-exempt offshore drilling contractor, has been delisted from Euronext Growth following the completion of its business combination with Eldorado Drilling, an offshore drilling company backed by a group of prominent Norwegian investors. As reported in late June, Eldorado Drilling acquired Vantage in a $257.6 million cash transaction, with its major shareholders providing a $125 million equity commitment, enabling an indirect subsidiary to merge with the Bermuda-exempt company, which survived as an indirect subsidiary of the former.

The merger is expected to broaden business opportunities across multiple regions and strengthen both parties' shared commitment to safety and operational excellence. The partners stated that the business combination has established a scalable offshore drilling platform with "enhanced" capabilities. Vantage Drilling International's shares were delisted from Euronext Growth on July 10, 2026, with the last trading day being July 9.
