India's Vikram Solar Signs 130 MW Domestic Cell Procurement Agreement

en.Wedoany.com Reported - Vikram Solar has signed a solar cell supply agreement with Evervolt Solar Technology India (formerly CETC Renewable Energy Technology India Pvt. Ltd.) to procure 130 MW of domestically manufactured monocrystalline PERC 10BB DCR-compliant crystalline silicon solar cells.

The delivery window is from July 2026 to March 2027, and these cells will be used in Vikram Solar's domestic module manufacturing operations.

Evervolt Solar operates a solar cell factory in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, with an annual capacity of 1,074 MW. This production line is listed under Category II of the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) for solar cells. The bifacial monocrystalline PERC crystalline silicon solar cells (182.2 mm × 182.2 mm, 10 busbars) produced at the factory have an efficiency range of 22.0% to 23.5%, with each cell's power output ranging from 7.264 W to 7.759 W.
