en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 8, CNOOC Energy Technology & Services Limited released the list of winning bid candidates, with China Electronics Jinshi Software Co., Ltd. proposed to win the "CNOOC Energy Development - Xinke Company Production Control Support Platform's Production Management System Xinchuang Upgrade and Optimization Development Services" project at a bid price of 20.0092 million yuan (including tax).

The project, which initiated bidding on June 20 this year, involves one production control support platform, 17 real-time production systems, 7 equipment management systems, 4 production reporting systems, and 33 production management integrated service platform applications under CNOOC, covering the production operations of over 3,000 users.

This Xinchuang upgrade implements full-stack technology replacement: in terms of operating systems, Windows Server, RedHat 7.5, and CentOS 7 are uniformly replaced with Kylin Linux V10; for databases, SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL are migrated to Renmin Jincang, Hailiang, or Youxuan databases; middleware is replaced from Tomcat and JBoss to Dongfangtong or Baolande; and the container automation management tool Openshift is replaced with Huawei CCE.

The project also includes adaptation upgrades for server CPUs, Xinchuang PC terminals, and CNOOC's enterprise security browser.

In addition to China Electronics Jinshi, Nanjing Jiangmen Information Technology Co., Ltd. (quoted at 21.5309 million yuan) and Shandong Xinsong Industrial Software Research Institute Co., Ltd. (quoted at 18.7985 million yuan) ranked as the second and third winning bid candidates, respectively.
