The project owner is the Longhua Branch of Hebei Communications Investment Detai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

The project plans to construct a 300MW/1200MWh energy storage system, along with a supporting 220kV step-up substation.

The scope of this bidding covers the supply of the energy storage system (capacity 300MW/1200MWh) and related services. The supply scope includes, but is not limited to: lithium iron phosphate batteries, power conversion systems (PCS), transformers, DC bus equipment, battery management systems (BMS), energy management systems (EMS), energy storage system measurement and metering equipment, spare parts, special tools, auxiliary equipment (including containers and their internal power distribution, fire alarm, fire protection, self-consumption power, lighting, cables, etc.), and all electrical components within the container. Services include equipment supply, factory testing, packaging, transportation, delivery, as well as on-site guidance for container installation, installation and individual commissioning of all equipment and facilities within the container, assistance in coordination and acceptance, and warranty service for the complete set of equipment.

The project delivery location is the project site in Longhua County, Chengde City, Hebei Province. Equipment supply is planned to commence on September 30, 2026, and all deliveries are to be completed by November 30, 2026.
