This production line is China's first high-automation flexible mass production dual line for hundred-ton semiconductor KrF photoresist resin, combining flexible R&D capabilities with large-scale manufacturing. The launch addresses the gap in domestic high-end KrF photoresist resin mass production, breaking the long-standing monopoly of overseas companies in this field.
The operating entity of this production line, Zhejiang Shiguang Semiconductor, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bayi Space Time, a company listed on the STAR Market. Leveraging its parent company's R&D expertise, the enterprise focuses on developing critical semiconductor core materials and advancing domestic substitution. Since establishing operations in the Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, the company has concentrated on achieving self-sufficiency in semiconductor materials, utilizing the zone's new materials industry ecosystem and policy advantages to transform cutting-edge technologies into mass production capacity.
