Alfagomma will be integrated into the Fluid Conveyance division of Danfoss Power Solutions, further enhancing its ability to serve customers worldwide.

Founded in 1956, Alfagomma is a privately held global manufacturer and distributor of hoses and fittings, with brands including ALFAGOMMA, Dunlop Hiflex, and Argus. Its products are used in industries such as mobile hydraulics, mining, oil and gas, marine, and shipbuilding. The company operates 28 production and assembly sites worldwide, employs approximately 4,500 people, and generates annual sales of around €600 million. Danfoss President and CEO Kim Fausing stated that this acquisition is a significant milestone for Danfoss, creating a global leader through integration, gaining complementary capabilities and greater scale to accelerate future growth. Danfoss Power Solutions President Daniel Winter noted that the acquisition is a strategic fit in both mobile and industrial hydraulics, strengthening customer partnerships and expanding expertise in sectors such as oil and gas and mining. Fluid Conveyance division President Domenico Traverso added that integrating the two companies will create a global leader in the hose and fittings industry with superior manufacturing and distribution capabilities. Alfagomma's takeover committee stated in a release that the transaction aims to maintain business continuity and ensure long-term value, with Danfoss being the right industrial partner. The acquisition is subject to necessary approvals and is expected to be fully completed in the fourth quarter of 2026. Until closing, both companies will operate independently, focusing on business continuity and serving customers.
