Founded in 1956, Alfagomma is a privately held global manufacturer and distributor of hoses and fittings, with brands including ALFAGOMMA, Dunlop Hiflex, and Argus. Its products are used in industries such as mobile hydraulics, mining, oil and gas, marine, and shipbuilding. The company operates 28 production and assembly sites worldwide, employs approximately 4,500 people, and generates annual sales of around €600 million. Danfoss President and CEO Kim Fausing stated that this acquisition is a significant milestone for Danfoss, creating a global leader through integration, gaining complementary capabilities and greater scale to accelerate future growth.
