Saudi SAL and SPARK Sign MoU to Strengthen Industrial and Logistics Cooperation

The MoU aims to enhance operational integration, support industrial and logistics development, and contribute to the realization of Saudi Vision 2030 goals.

SPARK is one of the integrated industrial cities in the Eastern Province, featuring a logistics zone and an inland port that connect the industrial community with regional and global trade networks. Under the MoU, SAL will leverage its expertise in cargo handling and integrated logistics services, combining it with SPARK's industrial and logistics ecosystem to create shared value and support the Kingdom's economic development objectives.

The two parties will collaborate on studying cooperation opportunities in logistics services, supply chain solutions, and integrated services, while exploring areas of operational integration to support industrial and logistics projects. The scope of cooperation also includes exploring the possibility of providing warehousing and transportation services.
