Piotr Matczuk, Chairman of PFR SA, stated that the overseas expansion of domestic enterprises is one of the key conditions for building strong Polish capital and global brands. Logistics and modern warehousing space are of strategic importance to the European supply chain, and he is pleased to collaborate with 7R in taking a crucial step into the German market.

The project site is strategically located. Germany's warehousing market demand ranks among the highest in the EU, with Berlin serving as a key hub for economic and logistics activities. The well-developed highway network and proximity to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) provide tenants with conditions for conducting domestic and international operations.

Magdalena Uler-Kłeczek, Board Member and Chief Investment Officer of 7R, noted that 7R City Park Berlin East is a strategic project, marking a new phase in the company's development in Germany. The partnership with PFR TFI strengthens the financial foundation and demonstrates that Polish capital can effectively support domestic enterprises in expanding into the most competitive European markets.

The final total value of the project is expected to be approximately €70 million, with financing jointly secured by the Overseas Expansion Fund 2 FIZ AN, 7R's own funds, and debt financing. Piotr Dmuchowski, Chairman of PFR TFI, stated that this project demonstrates PFR's role as a trustworthy strategic partner for Polish enterprises, supporting companies with clear visions and firm determination in expanding their overseas operations.

Poland is one of the key logistics hubs in the region, and the expansion of companies like 7R strengthens the presence of Polish capital in the international supply chain.
