Located in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia, the project's main scope includes production workshops, warehouses, wastewater treatment facilities, and outdoor auxiliary works, with a total construction area of approximately 87,352 square meters.

The project owner is PT EXCEL LIFE CARE, the project implementation entity established in Indonesia by Zhonghong Pulin Medical Products Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhonghong Medical," 300981.SZ). Zhonghong Medical registered its Indonesian company in December 2024, planning to build 20 double-mold nitrile glove production lines in Indonesia. In March 2026, Zhonghong Medical increased the total investment in the Indonesian project from RMB 1.092 billion to RMB 1.477 billion, an increase of 35.26%. The project is located in the Sungai Mangke Special Economic Zone, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. The awarded construction area of 87,352 square meters is consistent with the construction scale disclosed in the previous tender announcement.
