This achievement is built on a long-term focus on agricultural mechanization, product development, and manufacturing expansion. The company develops and markets products under the Mahindra Tractors, Swaraj Tractors, and Gromax brands, offering over 350 tractor models and variants, along with an expanding portfolio of agricultural machinery.

This production milestone follows the strong performance of the Farm Equipment Business (FEB) in FY26. The division recorded annual tractor sales of over 526,000 units in that fiscal year, driven by new product launches and sustained demand from domestic and international markets. Recent product introductions include the Mahindra 585 YUVO TECH+ V1, Mahindra NOVO Premium Edition, and the Swaraj Protek series. The company plans to launch seven new tractors and 12 additional features for its Mahindra Tractors and Swaraj Protek portfolios in FY27.

Founded in 1963, Mahindra Tractors operates manufacturing plants in Mumbai, Nagpur, Zaheerabad, Rudrapur, Jaipur, and Rajkot, with R&D operations in Chennai. Swaraj Tractors has manufacturing and R&D capabilities in Mohali, while Gromax Agri Equipment operates through a joint venture in Vadodara.

In overseas markets, the Mahindra Farm Equipment Business (FEB) has expanded its presence to over 50 international markets, with the United States being its second-largest market after India, boasting over three decades of operational experience and two assembly plants. The company is also expanding its portfolio of smart agricultural machinery solutions covering operations from land preparation to post-harvest, integrating engineering, digital technology, and agricultural insights into product development through the global rollout of the Mahindra OJA platform. As agricultural mechanization continues to advance, this production milestone highlights the scale of its manufacturing operations and the role of technology-driven equipment in enhancing global agricultural productivity.
