en.Wedoany.com Reported - Sigma Homes Group has completed the sale of a residential development plot in Farnham, Surrey, to housebuilder Nicholas King Homes. The 3.7-acre site, located on Wrecclesham Hill on the edge of Farnham, received detailed planning permission in 2025 through a planning appeal in the Waverley district, granting approval for 26 new homes, including eight affordable housing units, each with a private garden and parking space.

Christopher East, Managing Director of Sigma Homes Group, said the successful sale of the Farnham plot reflects the hard work, expertise, and collaboration of all involved over the past four years. Securing detailed planning permission through an appeal last year was a significant achievement, and the level of market interest in the site demonstrates its quality and potential. It was a pleasure working with the team at Nicholas King Homes throughout the transaction, and we look forward to the project moving forward, delivering much-needed new homes—including affordable housing—to the local community.

Nick Bilsland, Chief Executive Officer of Nicholas King Homes, added that the company is delighted to add the Farnham plot (project name: Farnham Oak Park) to its existing development portfolio in Surrey. Construction is expected to begin in September 2026, with the first completions in early spring 2027.

Sigma Homes Group's portfolio includes plots at various planning stages across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, and London, with projects currently progressing in Ashford Hill, Basingstoke, and Eltham, Greenwich.
