en.Wedoany.com Reported - Australia's Green360 Technologies (ASX: GT3) has signed a new kaolin supply agreement with long-term customer Boyer Paper Mill, with the contract term extending to June 30, 2027, and a minimum purchase commitment of 4,000 tonnes.

The unit pricing under the new agreement is 19% higher than the existing contract, with the annual contract value expected to range between A$2.5 million and A$2.9 million. If annual purchases exceed 6,000 tonnes, a tiered discount of up to 8% will apply to volumes exceeding 5,000 tonnes.

Green360 Technologies operates the Pittong plant, located 40 kilometers from Ballarat, with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tonnes. It is Australia's only wet-process kaolin processing facility, sourcing raw materials from deposits with decades of mine life. The company has developed two product lines based on kaolin: the original Eco-Clay product, now rebranded as MKX Calcined Clay (MKX CC), used to replace fly ash and slag in low-carbon cement production; and MKX Ultra Fine (MKX UF), used to replace silica fume in high-strength concrete at a 1:1 ratio.

Executive Chairman Aaron Banks stated that Boyer has been an important customer of the Pittong plant for many years, and the revised terms provide higher pricing along with a committed minimum purchase volume, strengthening the business's profitability. The company noted that this agreement, combined with recent operational changes and cost reductions in the fourth quarter of FY26, is expected to support a return to positive operating cash flow in FY27.

Green360 said the new agreement provides greater certainty for base production volumes at Pittong, supporting operational efficiency through FY27. The parties will discuss possible extensions beyond June 30, 2027. Pittong supplies kaolin products to the paper, concrete, paint, adhesive, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics markets.

Green360 aims to balance stable industrial mineral revenue with the growth of MKX and the low-carbon concrete supply chain. In FY27, the company will focus on increasing turnover, production efficiency, and positive operating cash flow.
