The commissioned combined frequency regulation intelligent control system adopts a three-layer core architecture, deeply integrating grid regulation and power plant intelligent control technologies. Leveraging high-speed intelligent algorithms and high-precision control characteristics, the system integrates functions such as frequency-adaptive regulation, low-frequency oscillation suppression, and real-time frequency regulation status assessment. It can dynamically match the optimal regulation strategy based on grid conditions, unit operating status, and energy storage load, achieving integrated, adaptive, and intelligent control of plant-wide frequency regulation. During the commissioning process, a standardized remote handshake mechanism was established. Under the premise that equipment, signals, and communication status meet standards, the system can automatically switch to remote collaborative frequency regulation mode, thereby leveraging the ultra-fast compensation advantage of flywheel energy storage to achieve unified grid-source dispatch, precise load allocation, and full-process controllable charging and discharging.
After the system was put into operation, it reduced the frequent start-stop actions of flywheel equipment, decreased equipment wear and extended service life, while improving the unit's primary frequency regulation pass rate and the dynamic stability of grid operation.
