The Qingdao Metro Line 6 Phase II project is under the general contracting of China Railway (Shanghai) Investment Group Co., Ltd. The entrance of Hainan Road Station, constructed by China Railway No. 8 Engineering Group, is the first prefabricated auxiliary entrance on this line. Its construction was constrained by limited site space and complex geological conditions, posing high safety risks. To address this, the contractor innovated the construction approach by standardizing the factory prefabrication of all components, including entrance passages, stairs, and ring frames, and adopting an efficient "building block" assembly method on site.

Additionally, to tackle the precision control challenges caused by the steep slope at the Hainan Road Station entrance and the risks of sliding and overturning during the hoisting and transport of large-tonnage components, the project construction team persisted in frontline efforts, overcoming over 30 difficult working conditions throughout the process.
