en.Wedoany.com Reported - Hyundai Construction Equipment North America (HD Construction Equipment Hyundai North America) launched the HX210L long-track excavator on July 21, 2026. This model incorporates many features from the five next-generation HX excavator models unveiled earlier this year at ConExpo-Con/AGG, including upgrades to boost productivity, improved fuel efficiency, and a design that is more comfortable, safer, and easier to service.

The HX210L is powered by a new Hyundai DX05 engine with a rated net power of 186 horsepower, delivering 6% higher torque and 7% better fuel efficiency, while reducing diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) consumption by 30%. Other improvements include enhanced comfort features, extended service intervals, and upgraded safety functions.

The HX210L has an operating weight of 54,900 pounds and a maximum digging depth of 21 feet 9 inches.

According to Joe Hodges, Product Manager for Hyundai Excavators, the HX210L features a proven pilot control hydraulic system that provides the familiar Hyundai feel and performance operators expect, while making it a budget-friendly option for rental companies and large fleets.

The HX210L uses the same heavy-duty platform as the more powerful HX230L, with a standard 10,800-pound heavy-duty counterweight for enhanced stability and lifting capacity. Reinforced upper structure, upgraded swing bearing, increased swing torque, and a larger capacity heavy-duty bucket help improve productivity.

For comfort, Hyundai includes wider heated and cooled seats with improved ventilation as standard for better climate control. Operators can also opt for a kit that brings comfort features comparable to luxury automobiles.

For maintenance, the replacement intervals for engine oil, engine filter, and fuel filter have been extended from 500 hours to 1,000 hours (when using CK-4 engine oil), and the coolant replacement interval has been extended from 2,000 hours to 6,000 hours.

For safety, a new optional "white noise alarm" uses broadband frequencies to warn on-site personnel. This sound dissipates quickly, reducing noise complaints. Other optional safety features include an intelligent surround-view monitoring system based on six cameras and applying artificial intelligence, which automatically detects people moving or working around the machine during operation.

The HX210L comes with a complimentary five-year subscription to Hyundai Connect remote management system, including location tracking, theft prevention, maintenance notifications, and fleet monitoring.
