en.Wedoany.com Reported - Recently, the Beijing Suburban Railway Urban Sub-center Line (Beijing West to Liangxiang Section) officially commenced operations. This major transport artery connecting the southwestern part of Beijing not only alleviates regional commuting pressure but also sets a new benchmark for Beijing's rail transit "four-network integration" and road-rail cooperation.

China Railway Materials Tendering Company, a subsidiary of China Logistics, served as the project's engineering tendering agent and agent service provider for materials supplied by the owner. From the project's listing in February 2024 to the full line's opening, the company was deeply involved throughout the entire process, providing professional services for tendering and material agency across the full chain of engineering construction, supervision and consulting services, and owner-supplied materials. During the project, it completed tendering agency work for 57 bid sections (packages), with a total winning bid amount of 1.695 billion yuan, laying a solid foundation for the project's smooth progress.
Throughout the project's advancement, the tendering company's leadership provided overall coordination and frontline command. The professional team closely followed project milestones, accurately analyzed construction needs and material production supply cycles, and scientifically formulated procurement plans. At the same time, they strictly controlled material entry standards, implemented full-process quality management, and established efficient communication channels between construction units and material suppliers. Through dynamic allocation and centralized coordination of various materials, they successfully completed all support tasks, ensuring the line opened on schedule and with high quality.
The line spans 31.5 kilometers with a static investment of 2.329 billion yuan. Crossing the three districts of Fangshan, Fengtai, and Shijingshan, it includes two newly built stations—Yamenkou East and Fangshan East—and three renovated existing stations: Beijing West, Houlücun, and Liangxiang. Additionally, a 4.5-kilometer double-track section from Liangxiang to Changyang Depot was newly constructed. The project successfully converts surplus capacity from national railway trunk lines into urban commuting capacity, bringing efficient and convenient travel experiences to residents in southwestern Beijing. This demonstrates China Logistics' professional service capabilities and sense of responsibility in major infrastructure projects.
