en.Wedoany.com Reported - TM Soluções, the factory outlet store of Brazilian copper and copper alloy processor Termomecanica, has announced a new round of expansion, launching a rolled copper, brass, and bronze product line for the electrical, electronic, and automotive application sectors. The initiative involves an investment of R$800,000 and aims to strengthen the company's strategy of expanding its presence in the Brazilian market, serving new industrial sectors with greater agility and flexibility.

According to the company's Commercial Manager, Felipe Guerini, performance in the first year of operations exceeded expectations, confirming the potential of this business model. The company strengthened its market presence, expanded its relationships with customers, and consolidated TM Soluções' position as a strategic and flexible option across different industrial sectors; it also reached audiences beyond its traditional operations, increased brand awareness, opened up new growth opportunities, and established TM Soluções as an important business unit within the group.
TM Soluções currently offers a portfolio of more than 550 products, with customers spread across 23 Brazilian states, totaling over 600 clients. The new additions include connectors, equipment, and general fittings for refrigeration, with services also extended to B2C end consumers; on this basis, sales coverage and delivery flexibility have increased, while maintaining Termomecanica's quality standards.
TM Soluções was established against the backdrop of a trend toward strengthening connections between the industrial segment and end customers. Guerini noted that being closer to the market facilitates a deeper understanding of demand, enables more precise business strategies, and helps in participating in strategic activities and enhancing brand visibility. After closer engagement with the market, the company identified growing demand for customized strips in brass, copper, and bronze, prompting the aforementioned investment in R&D, testing, and equipment configuration for the new line. The new line targets the stamping and deep-drawing industries, which require high material formability, strength, and surface quality; copper rolled products, with their dimensional stability and electrical conductivity, are suitable for critical applications requiring reliability and consistent performance in environments with temperature variations. The rolling production line operates under strict quality control to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and flexibility across diverse applications.
Guerini stated that TM Soluções plans to expand its presence in the refrigeration, rolling, and aluminum sectors, studying the inclusion of new services to make its solution portfolio more comprehensive; it is also advancing a raw material recycling business, recovering sold products and waste generated during customer use, to encourage material reuse and proper disposal, reduce environmental burden, and create value for production processes, benefiting customers, partners, and society.
