Bestsellers Direct, a book business with over 40 years of experience, has signed a 10-year lease on Units 3 and 4, totaling 30,000 sq ft, with a commitment to significant expansion. This follows cured meat specialist ACM Meat Factory taking 22,537 sq ft on a seven-year lease to expand its manufacturing and wholesale operations across the UK.

Knight Frank and CPP are acting as joint letting agents. Rebecca Schofield, Partner at Knight Frank, said Grange 34 is located in one of Sheffield's established commercial areas, offering modern industrial and warehousing facilities with convenient access to regional and national highway networks. She also noted that with leasing activity continuing, the remaining property is being reconfigured in response to market demand, and the project demonstrates the benefits of asset management and investment in delivering modern, high-quality workspace.

Toby Vernon, Director at CPP, added that the project has generated strong market interest since the refurbishment was completed, and he hopes to announce further leasing deals in the coming weeks.

The latest transactions mean Grange 34 is now 50% let. With only one building remaining unlet, Network Space is responding to market demand by splitting the final 50,505 sq ft unit into two smaller units of approximately 24,000 sq ft and 26,000 sq ft respectively.
