(TSXV: SKEL; OTC Pink: GLIIF; FSE: KDM0) has filed with SEDAR+ three technical reports prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101), covering its exclusive prospecting licenses (EPLs) 8208, 9727, and 8617 in the Erongo Region of Namibia. Namibia is the world's third-largest uranium producer and a recognized Tier 1 global supplier to utilities.

The three technical reports are respectively titled "NI 43-101 Technical Report on EPL 8208, Erongo Region, Namibia," "NI 43-101 Technical Report on the EPL 9727 Uranium Project, Erongo Region, Namibia," and "NI 43-101 Technical Report on the EPL 8617 Uranium Project, Erongo Region, Namibia." Each has an effective date of April 22, 2026, and a report date of May 15, 2026, providing an independent technical assessment of the geological setting, mineral title status, exploration maturity, and conceptual uranium potential of each license.

EPL 8208 covers approximately 7,840.7 hectares and shares approximately 15 kilometers of boundary in a north-northwest direction with the Langer Heinrich Mine. That mine is one of the world's most significant calcrete-hosted uranium deposits, held under mining licenses ML140 and ML172, with ore reserves of 84.8 million tonnes at an average grade of 448 ppm (2021, JORC; 2021, NI 43-101), located approximately 80 kilometers east of Swakopmund and approximately 85 kilometers northeast of the deep-water port of Walvis Bay. EPL 8208 is situated within the Central Namib Uranium Province, which hosts both intrusive leucogranite-associated mineralization as seen at the Husab and Rössing uranium mines, as well as secondary surficial uranium mineralization of the Langer Heinrich type. The aforementioned historical exploration results have not been verified by a qualified person and are historical in nature and should not be relied upon. Verification through further exploration is required before any exploration target or mineral resource can be defined. The report identifies both structurally controlled basement-related uranium models and paleochannel-related surficial uranium models as conceptual exploration frameworks for the license, recommending a two-phase, decision-gated exploration program with an estimated cost of US$325,000 to US$525,000. Phase 1 is already underway, focusing on data integration, target definition, and field verification; Phase 2 will determine whether coherent radiometric, geochemical, or geological anomalies exist to justify drill testing.

EPL 9727 covers approximately 12,081.1 hectares and is located within the "Alaskite Alley" structural corridor of the Central Zone of the Damara Orogen. This corridor hosts the Rössing and Husab uranium mines as well as the advanced-stage Etango, Omaholo, and Norasa uranium projects, where mineralization in economic uranium deposits is hosted in leucogranite (alaskite), with identified mineralized zones ranging from over 200 meters in width to extending several kilometers (Rössing). The aforementioned historical exploration results have not been verified by a qualified person and are historical in nature and should not be relied upon. Verification through further exploration is required before any exploration target or mineral resource can be defined. EPL 9727 is considered prospective for both primary leucogranite-associated uranium mineralization and secondary calcrete-type paleochannel uranium mineralization; the northeastern portion includes paleochannel cover associated with the Gawib River system, while the southwestern portion includes Damara basement lithologies and the Bloedkoppie leucogranite. The report recommends a two-phase, decision-gated exploration program with an estimated cost of US$325,000 to US$525,000. Phase 1 is currently underway, prioritizing the systematic verification, georeferencing, and GIS integration of available historical and regional datasets, including the Welwitschia Flats percussion drilling database, historical reports from surrounding license areas, regional geological mapping, lineament interpretation, remote sensing analysis, and relevant findings from the Shidolo (2024) prospectivity assessment as applicable to EPL 9727; Phase 2 aims to confirm coherent radiometric or geochemical anomalies and justify drill testing.

EPL 8617 covers approximately 10,491.5 hectares and is located within the southern Central Zone "Alaskite Alley" of the northeast-trending branch of the Damara Orogen. The license's uppermost boundary lies approximately 1.5 kilometers east of the Valencia deposit, which forms part of the advanced-stage Norasa uranium project, situated on a fold structure 23 kilometers northeast of the Rössing uranium mine and extending along strike; the lower boundary lies approximately 18 kilometers from the Rössing and Husab uranium mines. The aforementioned historical exploration results have not been verified by a qualified person and are historical in nature and should not be relied upon. Verification through further exploration is required before any exploration target or mineral resource can be defined. EPL 8617 is considered prospective for both primary leucogranite-associated uranium mineralization and secondary calcrete-type paleochannel uranium mineralization. Historical exploration immediately south of the license indicates uranium-bearing alaskites in the adjacent area, and field inspections and current geological interpretation suggest that portions of the area may also host paleochannel- or calcrete-related uranium accumulation. The report likewise recommends a two-phase, decision-gated exploration program with an estimated cost of US$325,000 to US$525,000. Phase 1 includes integrating historical regional exploration data, refining geological and structural interpretations, reviewing available radiometric and magnetic datasets, interpreting paleodrainage development, and ranking priority target areas; Phase 2 aims to determine whether coherent radiometric or geochemical anomalies exist within EPL 8617 and whether these anomalies are sufficiently supported by geological context to justify drill testing.

Regarding mineral title status, Pointe Noire Investments CC holds EPL 9727 and EPL 8208, both of which cover the nuclear fuel minerals group and are in good standing, with validity extending to March 1, 2029, and January 23, 2027, respectively; Profile Energy (Pty) Ltd holds EPL 8617, valid until July 2, 2028. All three licenses have obtained Environmental Clearance Certificates (ECCs) from Namibia's Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism for exploration and drilling activities, each issued based on submitted and approved Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and Environmental Management Plans (EMPs). The ECC for EPL 9727 is valid until March 2, 2029, that for EPL 8208 until January 1, 2027, and that for EPL 8617 until July 3, 2028. In Namibia, an EPL has an initial validity of up to 3 years, renewable twice for 2 years each, with further extensions possible upon approval by the relevant Minister.

Skeleton Coast Uranium has entered into a property option and joint venture agreement with Pointe Noire Investments covering EPL 8208 and EPL 9727. Under the agreement, the Company must incur cumulative exploration, environmental, technical, and administrative expenditures of not less than C$3.0 million and make cash payments of C$250,000 by June 30, 2028, to earn an undivided interest of up to 75% in these two licenses. The Company has also entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire a 100% interest in a property option and joint venture agreement, thereby obtaining controlling interests in EPL 9872, EPL 9873, and EPL 8617; exercising that option requires incurring cumulative exploration, environmental, technical, and administrative expenditures of not less than C$2.0 million by June 15, 2028, with at least C$500,000 to be incurred by December 15, 2026.

The three reports were independently prepared by Christopher J. Male. Male holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology, a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geology, and a Pr.Sci.Nat. qualification, and is a Senior Geologist at Practara PTY LTD, headquartered in Midrand, South Africa. Skeleton Coast Uranium holds options to acquire controlling interests of 70–75% in five EPLs in the Erongo Region of Namibia. This region accounts for approximately 10% of world uranium production, and the five licenses collectively cover 610 square kilometers, making the Company one of the largest license holders in the area. All of these concessions are known to host uranium mineralization (unverified historical information) and are adjacent to, or within 10 to 25 kilometers of, the three existing uranium mines of Langer Heinrich, Rössing, or Husab. The Company is committed to incurring C$5.0 million in exploration expenditures across these five EPLs by June 2028.
