US Nautilus Liquid Cooling CDU Earns NVIDIA Certification, Cooling Over 4.1MW

The product is now available on the NVIDIA DSX Infrastructure Marketplace and is currently the highest-rated liquid-to-liquid cooling distribution unit, as well as the first of its kind to pass large-scale CDU validation.

The NVIDIA-Certified AI Factory Infrastructure Marketplace showcases products that meet NVIDIA's AI factory functional requirements, enabling data center operators and hyperscale cloud providers to select cooling, power, and infrastructure partners for next-generation AI GPU deployments. The EcoCore FCD certification is based on independent verification results published in May 2026. After completing over one hundred NVIDIA technical tests, the product achieved a cooling capacity exceeding 4.1 MW under N-mode dual-pump operating conditions, and 3.2 MW in N+1 mode; its 2°C approach temperature differential (ATD) is less than half of the 4.8°C ATD reported by competing systems.

Rob Pfleging, CEO of Nautilus, stated that receiving NVIDIA certification validates the company's approach to building cooling architectures for current and next-generation AI workloads, and that the EcoCore product provides operators with a cooling architecture compatible with both existing and future generations of GPU platforms.

The EcoCore FCD is insensitive to incoming water source type and can operate using process water, chilled water, river water, seawater, or wastewater. The unit supports on-site maintenance and upgrades, and can integrate Nautilus's degassing technology, an air detection and removal system. These capabilities have been validated across multiple real-world deployments.

The unit is available globally with a 15-week lead time from order to delivery, and currently holds a production operating record of over 650,000 unit-hours across three generations of products. The NVIDIA certification, combined with the company's 13 years of experience in developing and delivering data center cooling equipment, provides operators with a basis for selecting cooling infrastructure that supports current and next-generation AI computing.
