The acquisition includes 130.5 MW of operational wind projects, 44.9 MW of operational solar plants, and 101.9 MW of cable-pooling solar projects under development, totaling an installed capacity of 277.3 MW, with an expected operational lifespan of 35 years for the projects.

The wind portfolio consists of three wind farms—Ilza (54 MW), Tomaszow (46.5 MW), and Poturzyn (30 MW)—with capacity factors reaching up to 33%. The solar portfolio includes two photovoltaic plants, Pakoslaw (25.1 MW) and Recz (19.8 MW). The cable-pooling solar projects are Ilza CP (50.9 MW) and Tomaszow CP (51 MW), expected to become operational in 2029.

In June 2026, PPC and RWE commissioned the final solar plant of the Amynteo photovoltaic complex in Western Macedonia, Greece, bringing all nine solar projects of the complex, with a total capacity of 930 MWp, into full operation. These projects were developed by their joint venture, Meton Energy S.A., in which RWE holds a 51% stake and PPC holds 49%.
