The two companies hold interests in hybrid renewable energy projects, involving a total of 124 MWp of photovoltaic power plants and 86 MW of battery energy storage facilities; the buyer's identity and the specific locations of the projects have not yet been disclosed.

The effectiveness of the agreements is still subject to several conditions precedent, including obtaining a ruling from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection on the concentration of undertakings. Therefore, the transaction is currently at the stage of conditional signing, and the equity transfer has not yet been completed. R.Power has also not disclosed the capacity data for the energy storage projects.
The transaction price is determined under market conditions, with the amount not exceeding 10% of R.Power's shareholders' equity. The company stated that the introduction of minority shareholders is intended to broaden project financing channels and support the subsequent development of the relevant photovoltaic and energy storage projects.
