en.Wedoany.com Reported - On August 10, Nvidia announced it has signed memorandums of understanding with Apollo Global Management, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield Asset Management, Goldman Sachs, and KKR to establish an independent AI computing infrastructure financing platform, aiming to mobilize over $500 billion in third-party capital over time to support AI infrastructure development.

Under the collaboration arrangement, Nvidia will set up dedicated capital pools with each of the six financial institutions to provide funding support to Nvidia customers under competitive financing terms. The financing will target frontier AI labs, enterprises, and AI cloud service providers, helping these customers gain access to Nvidia's computing power and full-stack AI infrastructure.
The platform will involve financial institutions independently underwriting AI infrastructure investments, supporting the construction of computing facilities through long-term capital, and aligning computing demand with long-term investment returns. Nvidia, in turn, will provide its accelerated computing platform, software ecosystem, and customer resources to help establish computing infrastructure as an investable asset class.
The collaboration remains subject to the execution of final agreements. Nvidia has not yet disclosed the investment scale of each institution, specific financing terms, or the timeline for capital deployment, with the $500 billion figure representing the total third-party capital the platform plans to mobilize over the long term.
