China Huaneng and China Merchants Group Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

Wen Shugang, Chairman and Party Secretary of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd., Zhong Guodong, President and Deputy Party Secretary, Miao Jianmin, Chairman and Party Secretary of China Merchants Group, and Shi Dai, President and Deputy Party Secretary, witnessed the signing and held talks. Dong Changqing, Vice President and Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Group, and Jiang Tiefeng, Vice President and Member of the Party Committee of China Merchants Group, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

Wen Shugang expressed gratitude to China Merchants Group for its long-term support and assistance to China Huaneng, and introduced China Huaneng's industrial layout, business development, and other relevant information. China Huaneng and China Merchants Group have tremendous cooperation potential and broad prospects. Miao Jianmin welcomed Wen Shugang and his delegation, and introduced the cooperation between the two parties across various business segments.
