The two parties will carry out strategic cooperation in areas such as battery management systems (BMS) and multi-in-one energy hubs, jointly developing localized electric control solutions tailored to the needs of European automakers and advancing Europe's new energy transition.

Leveraging Schaeffler's mature on-board charger and high/low-voltage DC-DC converter solutions, combined with CATL's cell monitoring and high-voltage power distribution unit technologies, the cooperation focuses on two key areas:

Joint development of BMS solutions: Expanding cooperation opportunities in the European market to meet customer demands for high-safety, high-quality electric control products.

Co-creating multi-in-one energy hubs: Achieving deep integration of high-voltage electric control, high-voltage power distribution, and voltage conversion.
