Czinger calculates that compared to conventional brake structures, BrakeNode delivers a 30% improvement in both unsprung mass reduction and stiffness, and reduces braking distance by up to 15%. Hollow load-bearing sections account for 37% of the component's material, with hydraulic fluid routed through internal channels, eliminating the exposed brake lines found in traditional brake setups.

BrakeNode is manufactured using Z301, an aluminum alloy developed in-house by Czinger, via additive manufacturing. The company states the component has passed pressure testing at 500 bar, approximately eight times the pressure experienced under normal driving conditions for a brake system. The front calipers use titanium pistons derived from Formula One applications, which Czinger says can keep brake fluid temperatures about 15% lower than stainless steel pistons; the rear calipers switch to aluminum pistons to reduce weight. The assembly clamps carbon-ceramic rotors, sized at 16.1 inches (410 mm) in the front and 15.3 inches (390 mm) in the rear, as standard equipment on the 21C Spyder, with retrofit services offered for existing 21C HDF and VMax owners.

23% of the 21C Spyder's components are produced using additive manufacturing processes developed by its sister company, Divergent Technologies. One component, named MegaNode, integrates the steering rack, motor housing, front suspension components, and front crash structure into a single piece, achieving a 25% weight reduction compared to manufacturing these parts separately. The suspension control arms and steering rack housing are also printed by Czinger. The transmission housing has likewise undergone additive manufacturing and topology optimization, which Czinger claims is the first such component applied to a production vehicle.
