India's Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow Expand Partnership to Advance Enterprise AI
en.Wedoany.com Reported - Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow are deepening their partnership, launching a multi-year initiative to help enterprises scale AI applications from small-scale pilots to production-level deployment. The two companies will leverage their combined technological expertise and industry experience to drive the full-scale adoption of AI within customer organizations.

Under the collaboration agreement, Tech Mahindra will validate ServiceNow's AI platform across its global network and adopt an implementation approach called "Client Zero." This approach uses Tech Mahindra and its parent company, Mahindra & Mahindra Group, as a large-scale testing environment for ServiceNow's AI products. Tech Mahindra stated that it has already benefited from integrating its global IT operations through ServiceNow, with the platform processing over 100,000 cases per month across more than 90 countries.
Bill McDermott, Chairman and CEO of ServiceNow, said: "We are proud to partner with Tech Mahindra to combine our AI Control Tower with their deep industry expertise to make AI work at enterprise scale. AI only matters when it creates value for people. Tech Mahindra has already turned this vision into business results. With the ServiceNow AI platform, they are achieving significant cost efficiencies, enhancing the experience of 150,000 employees, and optimizing Level 1 IT support by approximately 25%. Now, we are bringing this success to our customers."
The expanded partnership also includes developing industry-specific solutions based on the ServiceNow AI platform, covering sectors such as manufacturing, telecommunications, banking, financial services and insurance, media, and technology, with a focus on improving organizational efficiency, enhancing governance, and reducing costs. Tech Mahindra will also expand the global footprint of the ServiceNow business and establish a dedicated AI & Innovation Centre of Excellence. The Indian IT company said the center will accelerate the delivery of AI-driven projects, enabling enterprises to transition more quickly from isolated AI pilots to broader outcome-oriented deployments, while supporting the rollout of new ServiceNow tools such as AI Control Tower and EmployeeWorks.
Mohit Joshi, CEO of Tech Mahindra, said: "Our expanded partnership with ServiceNow brings together platform strength, industry context, AI governance, and transformation capabilities to help customers implement AI responsibly, boost productivity, and create measurable outcomes across the enterprise." The two companies will work with customers to develop AI transformation strategies, encourage broader platform adoption, introduce governance measures, and evaluate business outcomes. In May, Tech Mahindra also launched the Cyber Resilience Fabric security solution in partnership with Cisco to strengthen organizations' threat detection and digital resilience capabilities.
